1. When are the city council meetings?

Generally, the regular city council meetings are the 1st and 3rd Monday's of every month and start at 7:00 p.m. in the council room at City Hall.

2. How do I run for city council?

Nominating petitions may be circulated every year in February for elections in April. The term for each alderman and the mayor is 2 years.

3. When will the surcharges on my bill discontinue?

No matter where you go in the nation, cities are implementing surcharges to pay for infrastructure projects. Please see this spreadsheet for the specific surcharges currently listed on the City of Miller utility bill; and, as always, please stop in, call, or come to a council meeting if you have questions.
